the VISA conditions.
16. Sec.14(c) of the Act would be attracted ... should
be a VISA issued and he should have violated the
terms of the VISA or stayed in the country even
after the expiry
against them due to violation of Section 3(2)(b) of Foreigners Act. They had violated the terms of their Visa which is punishable offence ... Foreigners Act and the accused are held to have violated terms of visa. The prosecution has successfully proved its case against accused persons beyond reasonable
Petitioner. The
stand of the Respondent is that the Petitioner has violated her visa conditions
repeatedly and had finally exited India only on 8th April ... India on a medical
attendant visa and the conditions of the said visa are stated to have been
violated. Thereafter, there has been considerably overstaying
visa.

the Petitioner had been blacklisted because of visa violations, however
Petition expressly accepts that the Petitioner was in violation
of his visa condition, i.e., that he previously did not leave the

Petitioner holds a valid tourist visa and as a tourist visa holder, she can be
permitted to come to India ... there can be little

conditions by engaging in activities that did not strictly
fall within
witnesses.
3. Even after the period for which he has been
granted visa has expired, respondent/accused No.1 has
remained in India. In view ... pertinent to note that subsequent to the
present case, for violation of visa condition another case is
registered for respondent/accused
