before this court, in what ... petitioner would vehemently argue
that the petitioner being a 100% visually impaired person and working as
Tabla Player for the last more than 30 years
read with reservation under disability that he is
suffering from 100% blindness (visuality). The Respondent-
selecting authority have not considered the petitioner's
candidature ... petitioner's
claim is under OBC category read with 100% visuality
(blindness). It is also not disputed that petitioner has secured
63% marks whereas
persons suitable for this job is partially blind/partially
deaf /orthopedically handicapped. Therefore, 100% blindness
of visually handicapped persons are not eligible for the above ... Hindu Religious and
Charitable Endowments Department cannot be handled by
100% blindness of visually impaired persons.''

Impairment and Cerebral Palsy which are RCI approved
Teacher Training ... Palsy, visual impairment and hearing
impairment, 1 : 5 for children with intellectual disability,
ASD and Specific learning disabilities; and 1 : 2 for Deaf-
Blind
suit property. She claimed that the defendant No.1 was
visually blind and had executed a sale deed dated
16.5.2003 in favour of defendant
sight over a period of time and he is visually
blind.
3. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives
service of notice of rule
Visually Handicapped i.e., for low vision and nnot
for 100% blind. Visually Handicapped candidates who were
having 100% visual disability were not selected ... subsequent notifications wherein certain posts
were also identified for blind category (100% blind) under
Visually Handicapped quota.
