compound wall over the retaining wall at the portion where it has
collapsed ... appellant shall construct compound wall on the
retaining wall at such portions where the compound wall has
already collapsed as reported by the Advocate Commissioner

However, the places
that time caused
damage to the compound wall, thereby the compound
wall collapsed and the complainant is said to have
sustained loss to an extent ... damage caused by
the respondents and as the compound wall collapsed
