Attendants in private Polytechnic at Almora and Nainital
respectively. Since the post of Workshop Instructors were
vacant, petitioner ... that both
the petitioners, who were legitimately holding the
posts of workshop Instructors had acquired a vested
statutory right under the "Take over scheme
meanwhile, the petitioner got next promotion as Workshop Instructor on 20.05.2003. Thereafter, she was promoted as Electrical Foreman on 14.10.2009. In the said post ... there are certain feeder categories, such as, Boiler Foreman, Electrical Foreman, Workshop Instructor, and also Draughtsman Grade-III.

respondents therein.
2. The applicant commenced his service as a
Workshop Instructor in the Department of Technical
Education on 20.02.1984. When he completed 10 years ... Workshop Foreman with effect from
22.10.1999 in the very same scale of Rs.1520-2660. The
2nd higher Grade in the post of Workshop Instructor
from ITI institutes and the Workshop Instructors were rendering less
service than the ITI Instructors. These ITI Instructors when felt aggrieved
of severe anomaly being ... Instructors.
In view of the above this appeal is allowed.
ITI Instructors are held entitled to the same benefit
as are being given to Workshop
year 1997 and then he was given promotion as Workshop Instructor on 22.10.2009. Then he was allowed to continue in the same post till ... passed B.E., in 2005. Thereafter he was granted promotion as Workshop Instructor on 15.02.2010. Then he passed M.E., in the year

Annexure P/12 is in relation to Laboratory Technician.
