thereafter due to wrong advice the appellant/company

approached the wrong forum and after ... wrong date to the appellant. The delay has also been explained in a
proper manner as earlier the appellant had approached the wrong forum
twice
filed
for exclusion of time spend by the appellant in a wrong forum
which was not competent to give the requisite relief to him under
action to
seek redressal in an appropriate forum. The
preparation of the seniority list may be wrong or may
be right

satisfied. The wrong was done in Delhi; this is evident ... amplitude so as to afford forum and
necessary relief. Thus, the phraseology used in Section about "the
wrong done" would clearly take
