could not distinguish between the red and green light
of a zebra crossing. The police officers at the traffic red light/zebra crossing ... wrong lane after crossing the yellow
divider line and had hit one pedestrian, who was crossing the
road on zebra crossing. He further stated that
crossing the road at a place where there was no zebra
crossing for the pedestrians was herself negligent and she put her life and
limb ... proper place. The site plan shows that there
is no zebra crossing on the spot from which the petitioner
could cross the road properly.
Further
that the accident happened at a place where there was
no zebra crossing; v) that the offending vehicle was not being driven
dangerously ... right speed, the
accident which was caused at a non-zebra Crossing by it hitting the victim,
it could be attributed to the sudden appearance
Moreover, it
is not that the deceased was not using the Zebra Crossing. He
was coming from service lane and was near Zebra Crossing
when ... right from wrong at the zebra
crossing. The fact that he was crossing the road at the zebra crossing itself
goes on to show that
