This part of evidence is contradictory to the evidence of PW-1

14. Out of the exhibits marked for prosecution ... cross. Hence it appears that the
alleged accident was happened due to the unscientific road
crossing attempted by the victim in a non-zebra crossing
accident. The PW.4
further deposed that there was no zebra crossing on the place of
accident. The PW.4 has specifically admitted that since ... divider where there was no zebra crossing. While the pedestrians
crossing the road where there is no zebra crossing, they should
carefully cross the road
