examination has admitted that she was crossed the road where
there was no zebra cross. The learned counsel
cross-examination has
stated that, when he was crossing the road, there was no
pedestrian cross or zebra cross and before the accident ... dashed to the Petitioner, when
he was crossing the road, wherein, Zebra Cross and there was no
negligence on the part of the Petitioner
