The petitioner was crossing the road where there was no
zebra cross that too without observing vehicular
movements and therefore, the accident ... petitioner in crossing

deceased tried to
cross the road where there was no Zebra crossing. Hence, the
deceased is sole responsible for cause of the accident ... middle of the road. It is admitted that there was
no Zebra crossing. It is admitted that the Zebra crossing was
far from the place

regulations and by crossing the road where there was no
zebra crossing and hence, accident ... pedestrian who has
