Zinc Phosphide. After investigation, cancellation report was filed which was
not accepted by learned Metropolitan Magistrate
sides and from perusal of the
viscera report it appears that Zinc Phosphide was detected in dark
brown fluid. Zinc Phosphide is a gastro-intestinal
report, the cause of
death is shown as death due to zinc phosphide. This
opinion appears to have been based on the forensic science
laboratory ... opined that the
source of phosphide ions would be zinc phosphide. In view
of the said opinion and the circumstances discussed above
body of the deceased. In the subsequent FSL report, Zinc Phosphide was found in the viscera.
4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application
autopsy of
deceased was conducted. In FSL report, poisonous substance namely
zinc phosphide was found.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants are
innocent

mentions the presence of Zinc Phosphide (Rat
Poison) and Ethyl Alcohol in the VISCERA of the
deceased ... found

Phosphide as per the FSL report. It is stated that after due

phosphide, an insecticide, was detected in the child's viscera.
7. Learned ... clearly reflects that the viscera of the
deceased showed contents of zinc phosphide which is an insecticide.
12. There is no parallel hypothesis which
deceased died of asphyxia, but also, that she had
been administered Zinc Phosphide poison. In fact in the
explanation tendered by Dr. Y.K.Chaudhary ... emphasised that Zinc Phosphide poison was administered only
for sedation. The deceased, on being sedated, was
strangulated with her scarf. The deposition
examination it has come up that viscera of the deceased contains zinc phosphide. There is no criminal antecedent of the applicant. The applicant is languishing
admitted to a hospital and released about four hours later, and zinc phosphide poison was found in her in gastric lavage, but there is nothing
