CHAAP ... Defendants shall take down all the online listings on various websites
including Zomato and Swiggy.
14. The copy of the present order shall also
prima facie stage, entries on various third party websites such as
zomato.com, justdial.com, eattreat.in, that various third parties are using

customers have placed online Zomato orders with the Defendant No. 1,
while thinking that an order
name of its restaurant, and also on online platforms such
as Zomato, Swiggy, Google Maps, Magic Pin, Facebook and AskqBook, and

websites including but not limited to www.zomato.com,
www.dincout.co.in, https://lbb.in/, www.tripadvisor.in,
https://curlytales
