based food delivery players viz. Zomato, Uber Eats, Foodpanda, operating in India.
3. The Informants have further stated ... market share in terms of transaction volume as of end-2018 while Zomato
and Food Panda are pegged at 26% and 21%, respectively
platform; and in this sense, their model is comparable
to Zomato, Trivago or Airbnb who do not own any restaurants, properties or
hotels, respectively ... Further, comparison of the Ola/Uber App with Airbnb, Trivago and Zomato etc.
is also misconstrued where sellers on those platform have their own identities

that the Informant's comparison of the Cab Aggregators with Zomato
and Airbnb is misplaced as the users have no material information

regards price discrimination, it is submitted that

20. With regard to delineation of relevant market
Meru Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Meru) vs Uber India Systems Pvt. Ltd. And Others on
cartelisation and
abuse of dominance and anti-competitive agreement against the Zomato and
Swiggy. Both entities are arrayed as party No.1 and 2 respectively
