took the prosecutrix to the Zoo on 15 June, 2000 where her father, mother and aunt

wishes. When the Appellant took her to the zoo, her mother, father and police were
already present there and the Appellant
school and he
enticed her to go with him for visiting Zoo (Chiriya Ghar). She has
further deposed that the accused detained ... inform her mother before going with the
accused to the Chiriya Ghar / Zoo. She has deposed that she also did
not make any telephonic call
Laskar and PW.3 Hasmat Ara Begum went to
see the zoo with one Suleman who was known to her. While they were coming back ... from
the zoo they met the appellant near Ulubari Chowk. On seeing them together the appellant
got annoyed and he slapped Suleman and threatened that

sister Arbeli (PW5) were returning to their house from the
zoo near Bhati mines after answering the call of nature.
Accused persons intercepted them ... house after attending natural call. When
they reached near the gate of zoo, both the accused persons
were stood inside the gate of zoo. Accused
village Mela was held near Village Ramakona in which there was a Zoo known as Chidiyaghar. That the appellants/accused were employed by manager ... testified that the appellants were servants in the Zoo which was in the Mela and many children of the village used to come
accused/appellant offered the prosecutrix to get her Delhi to visit Zoo. She
went to Sadewala along with her husband at his house. Appellant-Kundan ... shown inclination to accompany the
accused to Delhi to visit zoo etc. According to the prosecutrix she
voluntarily went to the bus stand and thereafter
Thakar Das to Qutab Minar and had then taken them to the Zoo. He did nto purchase any clothes for Shanti who reminded ... taken Thakar Das and Shanti to Qutab Minar and then to the Zoo. Shanti had, further, stated that the appellant did nto provide her with
occasion of Eid accused asked her to accompany him to Old Fort (Zoo)
and took her there in an auto where he pressurized ... accused had
asked her to accompany him to Old Fort (Zoo). He took her to Zoo in an
auto and in the auto he pressurized
requested the co-accused Annu to take her
to Zoo. When they reached Zoo, her brother was already
waiting for her and after noticing
