Section 3(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(1)With effect on and from such date as the Government may, by notification, specify in this behalf, there shall be established an Authority to be called the Tamil Nadu State Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Authority, to exercise the powers conferred on, and to perform the functions assigned to it by or under this Act.
