Section 9(1) in Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015
(1)The Presiding Officer of District Appellate Authority will get the same amount of pay every month which may be determined by the Finance Department. In addition to this, he will get a fixed sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) as house and transport allowances per month;
