Section 10(2) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Act, 1958
(2)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-section (1), there shall be in every work room of such premises at least one hundred and fifty cubic feet of space for every employee employed therein, and for the purposes of this sub-section, no account shall be taken of any space which is more than ten feet above the level of the floor,of the work room.
