Section 47(1) in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016
(1)An applicant for a new license other than the license for storage of nontoxic, non-flammable compressed gases in pressure vessels and license in Form LS-2, shall apply to the District Authority with two copies of site plan showing the location of the premises proposed to be licensed under these rules for a certificate to the effect that there is no objection to the applicant's receiving a license for storage of compressed gas in pressure vessel at the site proposed, and the District Authority shall, if he sees no objection, grant such certificate to the applicant in the format specified in sub-rule (6) of this rule who shall forward it to the Chief Controller with his application.
