54. Act not to apply to certain classes of employers.
- Nothing in this Act shall apply to,-(a)the Indian Red Cross Society, or to any other such institutions of a like nature;(b)Universities and other Educational Institutions;(c)Religious and Charitable Institutions; and(d)such other industrial establishments as the Government may by notification specify for purposes of all or any of the provision of this Act.
