Section 118(2) in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
(2)The Commissioner may, with the approval of the Standing Committee by order in writing, empower any municipal officer to exercise, perform or discharge any such power, duty or function under the control of the Commissioner to exercise powers and perform duties of Corporation under other law.
