(3)The State Government may constitute a committee consisting of the following members to aid and advise that Government for the purposes of subsection (1) and sub-section (2):-(a)the Vice-Chancellor of the former University,(b)the Vice-Chancellor,(c)one representative of the Department of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal,(d)one representative of the Department of Animal Resources Development, Government of West Bengal,(e)one representative of the Finance Department, Government of West Bengal,(f)one representative of the Department of Fisheries, Government of West Bengal,(g)the Director of Research, Extension and Farms, and(h)the Director of Research of the former University.
