Section 9(1) in The Orissa Circuit Houses and Inspection Bungalows Rules, 1985
(1)Subject to the availability of accommodation, the following persons, who are not entitled under Rule 8, may be allowed, at the discretion of the competent authority, to occupy a room in the Bungalow, while touring on official business only :(a)Gazetted officers of other Departments of the State Government and Government of India.(b)Office bearers of local bodies like Municipalities, Notified Area Councils and Panchayat Samitis within the districts in which they are situated.,(c)Officers of the State Public Undertakings, Corporations and Cooperative Institutions.(d)Government Pleaders, Standing Counsels, Public Prosecutors and other law officers.
