Section 9(1) in The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Certification Procedures for Energy Managers) Regulations, 2010
(1)The Bureau shall maintain a Register of Certified Energy Managers in Form III and include the name of persons to whom certificates have been issued under regulation 8 in the said register.
