1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a bunch of identical writ petitions led by S. B. Civil Writ Petition No.13994/2022 (Rajkumar Bairwa vs. State of Rajasthan) pending at Jaipur Bench of this Court, on 14.12.2022, the following interim order has been passed :
"In the meanwhile, petitioners are permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for their document verification and the same may be permitted by the respondents."
2. Meanwhile, the petitioner shall be permitted to appear in document verification to be conducted by the Rajasthan Staff (Downloaded on 02/01/2023 at 08:40:36 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-19586/2022] Selection Board in relation to recruitment of Basic Computer Instructor.
3. It will be required of the Staff Selection Board to notify the date of document verification latest by 10.01.2023 and the document verification shall be held latest by 15.01.2023.
