(4)Where it appears to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate or the Sub- Divisional Police Officer that it is expedient for the maintenance of public order or in other emergent circumstances to hold a meeting of the Community Liaison Group, he may either direct the Convener to convene a meeting or may convene a special meeting of the Group under his chairmanship.Chapter-VIII Policing In Urban Areas
