Section 1 in Himachal Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Area Act, 2010
1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Area Act, 2010.(2)It shall extend to all the local areas in Himachal Pradesh.
