(4)(a)Every trough an basin shall have a smooth-impervious surface and shall be fitted a waste pipe.(b)The floor ground under and in the immediate vicinity of every trough, tap, jet, wash-basin, stand-pipe and shower shall be so laid or finished as to provide a smooth-impervious surface and shall be adequately drained.
