Section 1 in The M.P. Maihar Sharda Devi Mela Adhiniyam, 1998
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Maihar Sharda Devi Mela Adhiniyam, 1998.(2)It extends to such area as may from time to time be notified by the State Government, as Maihar Sharda Devi Mela Area.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [W.e.f. 1-6-1999.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
