Section 3(k) in Jharkhand Child Development Non-Gazetted Personnel Recruitment and Service Conditions Rules, 2006
(k)"Project" means the Child Development Project.(I)"Year of Recruitment" means the period of 12 month's time starting from the 1st January of a calendar year.
