Section 5 in Rajasthan Petroleum State and Subordinate Service Rules, 2012
5. Constitution of the Service.
- The service shall consist of-(a)all persons holding substantively the post(s) specified in the Schedule-I and Schedule-II, as the case may be, on the date of commencement of these rules;(b)all persons recruited to the post(s) included in the service before the commencement of these rules;(c)all persons recruited by any of the methods of recruitment laid down in rule 6 of these rules; andPart-III Recruitment
