24. Directors.
(1)The Directors of the University shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The Directors shall assist the Vice-Chancellor in managing the academic, administrative, financial and other affairs of the University and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed or entrusted to them by the Vice-Chancellor.
