Section 13(5) in The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) Act, 2006
(5)The Chancellor shall have the following powers namely :-(a)To call for any information or record;(b)To appoint the Vice-Chancellor;(c)To remove the Vice-Chancellor;(d)Such other powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or the Statutes made thereunder.
