Section 10(1) in The West Bengal Special Economic Zone Act, 2003.
(1)Every authority shall consist of the following members, namely :-(a)Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone;(b)two members to be nominated by the Developer of concerned Special Economic Zone;(c)one member to be nominated by the unit or units within such Special Economic Zone;(d)two members to be nominated by the State Government.
