Section 10 in The West Bengal Special Economic Zone Act, 2003.
10. Members of authority.
(1)Every authority shall consist of the following members, namely :-(a)Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone;(b)two members to be nominated by the Developer of concerned Special Economic Zone;(c)one member to be nominated by the unit or units within such Special Economic Zone;(d)two members to be nominated by the State Government.(2)The Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone shall be the Chairperson of the authority.(3)The term of office of, and the manner of filling casual vacancies among, the members of the authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
