32. Preparation of balance sheets etc. of the Nigam.
(1)The Board shall cause the books an accounts of the Nigam to be balanced and closed as on the thirtieth day of June each year.(2)The balance sheet and accounts of the Nigam shall be prepared and maintained in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations.
