Section 92(i) in The Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats, Third Grade Municipalities, Municipalities and Corporations (Elections) Rules, 2006
(i)the provisions of rules 81, 82 and in lieu of sub-rules (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (8) of rule 83 and rules 85 and 86, the following rules shall apply, namely:-
