Section 71(2) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(2)Subject to such control and restrictions, as may be prescribed, the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] may appoint from the cadre of the employees of the Haryana [Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Urban Development Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or on deputation from the departments of the State Government such number of officers and other employees including experts for technical and legal work, as may be necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and may determine their designations and grades.
