Section 8(8) in Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Tariff Framework) Regulation, 2007
8.2Where the Commission has stipulated a trajectory for certain variables under this Regulation 8, the norms specified in any other regulation, as the case may be, shall not apply with regard to such variables for such period as the trajectory has been so stipulated.
