Section 61(a) in The Assam State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Limited
(a)The President of the meeting may direct any member to withdraw for disorderly conduct and the members so ordered shall not be entitled to Vote without the permission of the President. The President is also competent to suspend the meeting and adjourn if to such date and time as he may think fit in he event of the disorder.
