(v)to provide instruction, teaching, training, and coaching in the field of secondary, senior secondary, higher, technical, professional education; and to make provisions for research, advancement and dissemination of knowledge. and to provide for instruction in such branches of learning as the University may think fit including but not limited to professional, vocational and technological studies;
