Section 2(4)(e) in The Maharashtra Electricity Consumption of Electrical Energy (Restriction) Order, 1974

(e)"industries operating on a continuous process basis" means the industries specified in Schedule 'B' hereto annexed and such other industries as the State Government may by an order in writing declare from time to time be industries on a continuous process basis;
