Section 69(c) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(c)The shop shall be maintained in a proper state of repair and regular steps shall be taken for the sweeping, washing and disinfection of the shop to the satisfaction of the Chief Medical Officer of the Authority.
