Section 209(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)For the purposes of this Act, any building in any ward of the Corporation shall, according to the type of structure of such building, be classified as -(a)Pucca building; or(b)Semi-pucca building; or(c)Kutcha building.
