209. Structural characteristics.
(1)For the purposes of this Act, any building in any ward of the Corporation shall, according to the type of structure of such building, be classified as -(a)Pucca building; or(b)Semi-pucca building; or(c)Kutcha building.(2)The Corporation shall, having regard to the materials of construction used and the construction practices employed, specify, by regulations, the types of buildings which may be classified as pucca building, or semi-pucca building, or kutcha building.
