Section 10(1) in The Maharashtra Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2009
(1)The Government, after taking into consideration the costs of production etc. including trait value, wherever necessary, obtained from various agencies concerned, may fix, from time to time, the maximum sale price of all types of cotton seeds.
