10. Fixation of maximum sale price.
(1)The Government, after taking into consideration the costs of production etc. including trait value, wherever necessary, obtained from various agencies concerned, may fix, from time to time, the maximum sale price of all types of cotton seeds.(2)Every such price shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from such date as may be specified therein.
