Section 55(7)(i) in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016

(i)if the application with accompaniments required under sub- rule (4) is not received within the time specified in sub-rule (5) but received not later than three months, the license shall be renewed only on payment of a fee amounting to twice the fee ordinarily payable;
