(2)For extraordinary meetings, notice specifying the place, date and time of the meeting, as approved by the President shall be sent by the Secretary to the President and the members at least seven days before the date of the meeting, by registered post, and the agenda as approved by the President shall also be sent by registered post, at least five days before the meeting.
