Section 29(cxii) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(cxii)to erect, provide, equip and maintain libraries, laboratories, lecture hails, halls of residence, refectories, sports grounds, playing fields, memorials, museums, observatories, and other buildings or things (whether in Manipur or elsewhere) necessary or suitable or convenient for any of the objects of the University;
