Section 495(1)(b) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981

(b)to assist the Commissioner or any municipal officer of servant, or any person to whom the Commissioner has lawfully delegated powers reasonably demanding his aid for the lawful exercise of any power vesting in the Commissioner or in such municipal officer or servant or persons under this Act or any such rule, by-law or regulation.
