Section 64(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1997
(1)The accounts of the Board shall be examined and audited annually by the Secretary' to Government, Agriculture Production Department or any Chartered Accountant to be nominated by the Government.
